2. Use of Service & Copyright

Our Sudoku generator provides algorithmically generated, unique Sudoku puzzles. These puzzles are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial printed use.

You may print as many copies as you need for classrooms, personal entertainment, or nursing homes. However, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts (scrapers or spiders) to bulk-download the generated puzzles or PDFs.
• Packaging our puzzles to sell in books, apps, or other commercial media without prior written consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Sudoku Printout's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sudoku Printout makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sudoku Printout or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
